Project Manager

1-2 years experience in relevant fields (Project Management, Products, Assistant, Administrator...)
Skills: Business Proposal and Presentation skill, Negotiation, Client Relationship, Time Management, Sales Planning
Bachelor degree or equivalent in relevant fields (Marketing, Commerce, Communications, Journalism…
Strong English skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong time management and attention to details.
Dynamic, ambitious, result oriented
Able to use one of project planning tools (MS Project, OmniPlan…)
Having good experience with other jobs in the IT Industry is a plus.

Propose and present to clients project execution plan
Prepare execution plans by week / month / quarter / year, conduct work as planned
Search potential clients, identify business opportunities
Direct meeting and consulting clients
Work closely with Developers and Designers, coordinate between clients and internal team
Responsible for the management / implementation and monitoring throughout the project
Contracting and follow up, to ensure progress and best quality services to clients
Keep track of monthly liabilities, ensuring customers pays on time
Maintain relationships with current clients
Meet quarterly/yearly targets for sales (optional)
Report at the end of the project, prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
