Business Analyst

Bachelor degree or equivalent in relevant fields (economics/banking/finance/IT)
1-2 years experience in relevant fields (Project Management, Products, Assistant, Business Analyst, Data Analyst...)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Able to use one of the wireframing tools (Azure, Balsamiq, Pencil...)
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong time management and attention to details.
Great work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude.
Able to work in a fast-paced team structure under time pressure.
Strong English skills, both verbal and written.
Having good experience with other jobs in the IT Industry is a plus.

Understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders.
Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.
Identifying the current- and future-state business processes.
Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future.
Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications.
Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.
Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.
Prepare weekly reports, monthly reports and presentation materials when needed.
Other tasks as assigned by Managers.
